    Forget this one!! Left it in murphys oil soap for 2 days--didn't work!

      I wonder if it has anything to do with the kind of bristles on the brush? I have always used mineral spirits to clean oil based paints, or other cleanser especially for that but even then it is so hard to get it all off without using a ton of it. I just used soap and warm water for water based paints. I never seem to remember what bristles are best for which type of paint so probably use the wrong ones at times then they get impossible to clean.
