Jean Myles on Jul 01, 2016Buy a drum shade and sit it on top of glass shade so it covers the glass. You could also dry brush some metallic paint on the body of the lamp or paint it a different colour.Helpful Reply

Kathy Lovenburg on Jul 01, 2016Paint the metal in any number of metal-like shades. Rustoleum makes a great paint for metal with a primer. I painted old ugly brass lamps with a oil rubbed bronze paint and they look awesome!Helpful Reply
