I am sorry you feel that way,It appears straight forward in that you pin what you like create a board under different headings,can you please be more explicit .

Use your old email and password to log in. Click on your username on the top right of the page. On the next page you will see a red "edit profile" box. Next to the red box, you will see a grey gear. Click on the gear, go down to " edit settings". You can change your email, password, etc.

I love Pinterest and find it much easier to use than other sites.

  Maybe you could contact someone at Pinterest instead of Hometalk. If the problem stems there, they'd be more likely to help if help with Pinterest is what you're after. Good luck.

  I was giving advice not chewing you out. You can always start a new Pinterest profile and then "follow" yourself from that old account. That way you can recapture your pins and boards. Just trying to help. Best wishes in whatever it is you choose to do.
