Carol S on Jun 27, 2012Just beautiful. Where did you plant it? Would it climb up a concrete wall? From what I understand they get woody and heavy.Helpful Reply

-
Marg C on Jun 27, 2012It won't climb a concrete wall...you will have to use a trellis or lattice :D They will get woody and have a little weight to them once they are established but the trellis or whatever support you use will certainly take care of that.Helpful Reply

Annita Lacey Moore on Dec 21, 2013I heard that they never have dead growth ...even thow it climbs never cut it back or leave a few climbers because the new growth that climbs grows off the dead, True or false?Helpful Reply

Ann S on Dec 22, 2013True, I use to cut down & they didn't get that big but leaving some of the dead helps the new grow up & fill in better is my experience!Helpful Reply
