Gail@Purple Hues and Me on Jul 25, 2013You can use an embroidery hoop and fish wire to mimic a chandelier. Or get inspired with this one here http://www.younghouselove.com/2009/05/window-shopping-sweet-savannah/. Looks simple enough to do with the hoop and wire. I love trying to make things from pictures.
