Quick Fix for a Broken Crate Slat

The most adorable puppy in the world snapped one of the slats on my Vintage Wine Crate Coffee Table. Here's a quick fix in case this happens to anyone else!

Those paws of hers look huge! What breed is she? I have a dinning room and a coffee table that have been teethed on by various fur babies. Since it is the feet of the table I still haven't fixed them and that was > 15 years ago. I figured if I fix it another one will just chew it up again.

My blue pit "Nemo" ate our living room carpet. He pulled it apart where it connects to our hardwood. I forgave him in two minutes tho, because he is so stinkin' cute! He is now passed that chewing stage and the best dog ever!!
