My small patio has a lot of sand, I want grass . How can I do it?
I want grass in my small patio, the soil is kind of sandy.

You need to use a lot of top soil and lime first. Once your soil amends use peatmoss,starter fertilizer and grass seed. Keep moist at all times so the seed germinates.

Janet is right! Rototill or hand till topsoil and compost into the sand.
