Cleaning mineral deposits off of glass
I've tried cleaning with vinegar on both the inside & outside of the windows...is it possible it's on the inside of the double paned window?
If so, how can I clean it??

If it looks like there’s condensation between the panes, that means the window seals have failed. A vinegar/water solution should ordinarily dissolve mineral deposits. You could try a little CLR too.
Hi Samantha, hope this helps you. First, take an equal amount of vinegar and water and mix them together in a spray bottle. White distilled vinegar will work best for this. Then, spray the solution on your windows and let it sit for around two to three minutes use a microfiber cloth to scrub nasty areas. Lastly, use a gentle cloth to wipe away the cleaning solution and avoid any streaks.
The seal has leaked and in comes condensation, you might have to replace the window and restore the gas between the panes.
I have used Easy off overn cleaner to get mineral deposits off. It was the only thing that helped me.
