Recaulking around your or is an easy project that even beginners can tackle with the right tools. My 5-step method takes about an hour and includes a trick that will get you lines as good as the pros!
I've got a trick up my sleeve for getting professional results with caulk.
I like to use a caulk remover tool. It makes getting out all the old bits of caulk much easier.
After the old caulk is swept up, I like to sanitize the area to get rid of any potential mold and mildew.
Painter's tape is one of my secret weapons!
What do you think of the final result?

I've never used tape and I have used an old fashioned can opener to remove the old caulk. With a light hand it works fine.
