Turn dollar store solar lights into a string of pretty party lights that never need to be plugged in!
Using simple plastic cups, E-6000 glue and Americana Outdoor Decoupage, you can keep these outside all year long! They're waterproof and recharge daily with the sun.

except for the ribbon to hang them I’m thinking about spraying with paint instead of the fabric. Anyone try that?
