19th Century Jelly Cupboard Transformation
by
White Oak Studio Designs
(IC: professional)
This piece was a challenge! Start with an oil covered old cupboard and end up with a nice primitive cabinet. This piece took many months as it was cleaned, aired out, sprayed with Basic G, sanded, painted, and stained. But I am happy with the results of my labor. It was a lot of fun to stage and photograph too. The details and many "before and after" photographs can be seen on my blog; http://smallhouseunderabigsky.wordpress.com/2013/08/09/primitive-cupboard-score/
