Convert old CD player for usb or aux use.

Have an old Lennox Sound programmable Disc player to use in car. It has cassette to use to get music to radio. Our 2014 Dodge Truck has no CD player, just usb and aux plugs. Is there a way to convert this to play in our truck? Maybe a cord adapter. Have several cds and hate to just not use them anymore. Hope someone has idea.

No way to convert. The cd player is analog, While USB is digital.

You can get analog to USB converters for not very much money, though can't vouch for quality. Suggest you look on ebay/Amazon.

Thank you. Went to car audio store and was told that if I got a male to male cord and plug into earphone plug hole that it should work. But will look for the converter you mentioned. Thank you.
