Bordeaux Construction Services on Aug 19, 2013Short of sealing the floor with a clear sealer thats about all you can do. Normally a vapor barrier of polyethelene 6 mil thick is put down. Do this test cut a 24"x24" of poly duck tape all sides to the floor for 48 hours and see if there is any moisture/condensation coming up thru the concrete.Helpful Reply
