Have it taken down or remounted. To remount it you need to find the stud in the wall and have at least one, maybe more long screws drilled through the back of the cabinet into the wall stud. That's what I would do anyway.
Rosemary is right. You need to empty it As soon as possible. Can you tell me if the cabinet is coming apart or is it actually separating from the wall. If the cabinet is separating from the wall then you can look underneath the cabinet of open the door and look for the mounting screws. They should have used a screw on the top and the bottom of the cabinet. If the top is loose and the bottom

is tight or even the opposite, then chances are that the installer may have missed the stud or even skimmed it .If he missed the center of the stud then it may have worked loose or splintered the side of the stud from over time. To check this you can use a stud finder or even measure from the closest screw on the cabinet next to the separating cabinet. the studs should be 16 inches apart. If you find the stud and it is next to the screw, there is an easy fix. 1st remove the screw that is not attached and insert a 3 inch drywall screw into the hole. Angle it toward the stud so it will catch the stud and make sure that it catches the stud. You will know because it will give resistance when it screws into the stud. You will need to use a screw gun or a drill. If the you have trouble screwing it into the stud, you can pre-drill the hole with a 1/8 inch drill bit. A little dish washing soap on the screw will also help it to go in easier.
Is this a stand alone cabinet? sometimes wit smaller cabinets they do not line up with the studs and need to "share" support with its neighbors. When a row of cabinets are installed they are screwed to studs but also each other. If you do not have studs behind this cabinet you will need to get a "butterfly molly" and a large fender washer. This is a bit more complex then simply adding a screw or two, you may need to bring in a skilled handy man / woman. or carpenter for the molly install.
