Kelly Genson-Clark on Aug 19, 2013It sounds like it could be Aphids, little micro bugs that are very hard to see, they could be a neon green and blend in with the blooms and foliage, have ahpids on my petunia's last year and again this year, try a solution of warm water and a few drops of dish soap.Helpful Reply
