Vicky Ausmus on Aug 30, 2016I think if you use the matte version of Mod Podge, you should be OK. You can also add a little Deco Art Glamour Dust paints to add a little sparkle. Both are non toxic and clean up with water. I don't work for them, but I do use a lot of their products!Helpful Reply

Karen Lorenz on Sep 02, 2016If you really want something that dries hard & shiny & will last forever try resin. Glass finish & enhances the color of the leaves. Great choice. Artresin. No smell, beautiful finish.Helpful Reply

NanaPam on Sep 05, 2016Mod Podge will dry hard and not sticky - it's available in glossy and matte finish. I used it to decoupage tissue paper onto drawer fronts and it dried hard and has held up well. The leaves will be a little fragile, of course, but that bowl is beautiful. Let us see yours when it's finished!Helpful Reply
