Making a wreath can really add up when it comes to purchasing all the items at retail! I headed to a thrift store found a grapevine wreath I liked and some packaged up floral picks, leaf garland, berry picks (I look for these things all year long) and deconstructed the wreath. Filled it in with thrift store faux flowers. Once I added everything I had on hand, I went to the Dollar Tree to find a few more stems to fill in where needed. Think twice when you see that hideous wreath at the thrift store. Think about taking all the bad flowers off of it. If it has a good base, it is often worth reinventing!
