Curved and Crackled
After starting life, a little too ornate, this nightstand got a terrific, oldie....but goodie finish. I love crackled finishes. I think they can certainly be overdone, but if added sparingly...they are definitely cream of the crop. I have an addiction..I'll admit it. That's the first step, RIGHT? I love curvy, frenchie, furniture. When ever I see a piece of this furniture...I simply CAN NOT walk away. Maybe it's the curvy legs...maybe it's the gorgeous hardware. I'm really not sure what, if not all draws me in...and says "take me home and refinish me!"
I love this night stand with my curvy bed.
Crackled finishes can be gorgeous.
I love them going every which direction...and different sizes.
I think you can certainly over do it with them...but if done right...YUMMO!
This is no way to start out life...all gold and glitzy. Even then, it has potential
And I love my zebra print rug with both of them
