Had a new septic system done & we had some sinking where the old one was so we decided to make it a pond! We didn't want to spend a lot of money so most products were things we already had
Before
The start. Used some flagstone & rocks we had from an old garden.
Before
1st we bought a bridge to place over the hole
Had to dig down to 2 1/2 feet for fish
Before
This is an old bench that my dad got me years ago I didn't want to get rid of
Sitting area across the bridge. Spoofed up the bridge with some lights & sanded & painted the bench
Fountain with some plants & greenery
My aunt gave us some more flagstone added another path.
Put in a waterfall, Its also a filter
View from the other side we love our solar lights!

Are you close to northern Illinois? Could you help me, anyone please? LOL Seriously I think it looks so peaceful in the day and so romantic at night. Enjoy your hard work you deserve to relax there in that beautiful oasis.
