Sherrie on Sep 09, 2013I always use the marble institute of America for cleaning guidelines. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=terrazzo%20tile%20cleaning%20guidelines&source=web&cd=2&ved=0CD4QFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gsa.gov%2Fportal%2Fcontent%2F112138&ei=kvUtUtGUN6ik2gWl6oCwCw&usg=AFQjCNGD2gr0TPL6J3qf2J6gnXY-R6YH5w&bvm=bv.51773540,d.b2I I copied the link for you above. The marble Institue also does historal stones. The problem sometimes with doing things right it's having someone else do it. I use this as a guide line when cleaning or having a problem with a customers home surfaces. Using a ph balanced cleaner is a must on these floors. Let me know if this works for you. If it doesn't I can suggest a few more.Helpful Reply
