Changing a half bath to a laundry room

I have a half bath that is of no real use in a hall. My washer and dryer are in the garage. How hard will it be to turn my half bath in a laundry room?

Depending on the lay-out of the room it should be fairly easy. You already have water and a drain, so that is a plus, are your washer and dryer stackable? The only concern I would have that you have an outside wall to vent the dryer, and also if it is gas, you have to have someone put in a new line. How about a picture of the lay-out of the room?

Ditto Mscherepott. If electric, the dryer will need a 220 volt outlet for the dryer.
