Changing a half bath to a laundry room

Msc12149616 on Sep 26, 2016Depending on the lay-out of the room it should be fairly easy. You already have water and a drain, so that is a plus, are your washer and dryer stackable? The only concern I would have that you have an outside wall to vent the dryer, and also if it is gas, you have to have someone put in a new line. How about a picture of the lay-out of the room?Helpful Reply

Ljgordon on Sep 26, 2016Ditto Mscherepott. If electric, the dryer will need a 220 volt outlet for the dryer.Helpful Reply
