I got this great cedar chest with beautiful lines, but she was in sorry shape. So with a belt sander, some paint and a stencil and I got to the task of transforming her back to a piece you would want in your home.

Elizabeth Dwyer Simpson on Apr 27, 2014I especially love what you have done with this vintage piece that gives it new life. The fact that it was your Mother's truly adds to its uniqueness. Your choice of colors really appeals to me too. I'd probably paint everything some shade of turquoise if I could. May you have many years of enjoying this treasured piece.

Tina Tocci on Apr 26, 2015I have my Mothers old Cedar chest the lock piece is broken and the finish too is in horrible shape. I refinish and refurbish any and everything, but never dreamed of painting it. I love, love the color. I am truly impressed since mine is identical to this very chest. I can't wait to fix mine.
