Dehydrating Garden Produce

Now's the time of year to drag out that dehydrator! Peppers, carrots, apples, lavender, rosemary, etc. are all great candidates for dehydrating. Make snacks for the long winter ahead! Check out my blog post on how I made 'pepper dust.' My next batch of Carmens will be sliced by hand. I'm also going to dehydrate some of the carrots and can the others.
