i have been using pringles cans with a slit cut in it to dispense my rolls of plastic bags. it is easy to do and keeps your bags neat too.
I found this the other day!

I keep some in a tissue box in my car to put garbage etc. in. If you push them in one at a time they seem to come out quite neatly. No need to decorate it with all the pretty ones you can find. I also keep some in a wood box made for them, found quite inexpensive online. The rest go into a recycling bin at the store. I prefer to use canvas bags for shopping but my husband likes plastic,so we always have some. Plastic bags have to be recycled at least 3 times to be effectively reused according to an article I read recently.
You can tie them so they are more space saving or take a round baby wipe container, fold each bag with the handles on the top then place the handles in the bag before it & they will "pull out"
Hang a plastic grocery bag on Command hooks inside of a cabinet door. When it is full of plastic bags take them to a thrift shop that reuses them.
I found a really cute wooden bird house that I spruced up to match my decor in my kitchen and push em one-by-one into the little hole. When I pull one out, the one behind it follows suit. Enjoy!
