Best way to cut chip or particle board furniture so it won't chip off?

KMS Woodworks on Sep 23, 2013A sharp High Tooth count table saw blade is the best....It is what I use when building with melamine coated PB. This would be easy if you are cutting "sheets" once the cabinet is built your option are not as plentiful. A circular saw would be the next best thing, keep in mind a circular saw will chip out the "top" side wher ethe saw is as the blade spins upward. a fine tooth jig saw will not leave much "chip out" but is tough to get a straight cut.Helpful Reply
