Use a Picture Frame to Create This Elegant Halloween Wreath

Use an inexpensive picture frame as the base for this elegant but spooky DIY Halloween Wreath
I began by taking an Ikea plastic frame, spray painting it white and draping a scrap of red fabric on it.
I took a block of dry floral foam and made a cage of chicken wire around it.
I secured the 'cage' of chicken wire with two chenille stems.
I used those two chenille stems to attach my block of foam to the top of my picture frame.
I then began arranging my artificial florals into the foam, beginning with some long drapey glittery black stems.
The next step was to add some creepy black and white leaves into the foam.
I took some inexpensive red silk roses and gave them a light spray with some black spray paint.
I filled in the floral foam with my red roses, and proceeded to use "s" pins to add some Spanish moss to hide any floral foam that was still visible.
I added a creepy key with a skull on the top to finish off my wreath
Enjoyed the project?
