If you love easy DIY projects – I’ve got a super cute and easy one. Make one for yourself, and one to give as a gift!
It’s a farmhouse wall pocket that can be made from a scrap piece of fabric, but it’s no-sew and is inexpensive to make.
It’s a farmhouse wall pocket that can be made from a scrap piece of fabric, but it’s no-sew and is inexpensive to make.
You can make these any size you want, from small enough to hold a gift card to a larger size to hold bigger lightweight items.
Visit Knick of Time for the full tutorial, but here are the basic steps:
Trim all four sides of the pocket with pinking scissors to give it that cute zig-zag edge.
Finish it off with a wire hanger and fill it up!

Pes4583157 on Jan 23, 2017I love anything country and old. Like basket of fabric apples, quilted stuffed hearts. Old rake hanging on my kitchen wall holding my kitchen utensils. This project just hit my heart. I have a lot of pillow ticking. You just opened up a whole ton of ideas. Am I going to make the pocket? at least 5 of them. Every Friday I go to my Sister-in-laws to have a day of sewing. My two nieces are there and my daughter when she can make it and my granddaughter. I am going to make one of these for each of them!!! Different fillers maybe, but definitely will make these. Thank you so much for sharing!!
