How can I keep my cats on deck?

I'm moving to a new place where my cats won't be allowed to roam in their yard but there's a covered deck. I need to screen it in or enclose it somehow to keep my cats from going in the yard. Any ideas I can do myself? Thanks!

I think hardware cloth would work. It's strong, would keep the cats in while keeping any predators out. Good luck!

Or you could use whatever is used when people screen in their pools. Call a pool company and ask I suppose.

I like the earlier answer of hardware cloth but I might try pet screen for windows. It's very strong but soft if they decide to scratch at it.

  They have it at any hardware store. I buy mine at Lowes in the screen isle. You will probably still need frames but it does last a long time at my house and I have 5 cats.
