Any recommendations for a good roofing company in Toronto?

Anybody have any recommendations for a good roofing company in the Toronto area? I planning to install  light-weight slate and tile for my newly built house  ( http://www.rooflines.com/products/light-weight-slate-roofing/ ).  Is there anyone out here who can help me on this? Anyone?

I would contact local companies that sell  light-weight slate and tile and ask them who they would recommend.  Remember that your defination of 'good' may not be the same as some strangers.  Stick with reputable businesses who sell this to get referrals.

On the DIY channel, Mike Holmes uses Graves Roofing--not sure if that is the correct name for them but if Mike is using them, he won't settle for anyone but the best.  I don't live in the area and don't need a roofer but this is my suggestion.

Compare only apples to apples. Research your shingles first, and then decide which brand/line you want to use and whether you want underlay (and type). Once you have that decided then you can start getting proper quotes from https://aboveitallroofing.ca/. From there you can compare properly between what one contractor is offering to another in terms of price and job description.
