I wanted to learn to can the surplus from my garden but I was so intimidated! Once I finally took the plunge and learned, it wasn't nearly as hard as I anticipated.

I just found your info on water bath canning: Tips for the true beginner, and I know I will use it as a bible for preserving, but I would appreciate all the info that you are getting ready. Will you mail it to me @arlene.buono@aol.com Thanks very much

ladies if there is any questions that I can help answer for you or talk you thru I have been canning for nearly 30 years and can't imagine feeding my family any other way.. please feel free to drop me a line and ask..my best advice to begin with..if you have elderly ladies in your community they are wonderful teachers also old church cook books are wonderful tools..You'll do great and your families will love it...W
