Today I'm showing you an easy Diy Painted Pumpkin Topiaries with Dollar foam pumpkins. This is super easy to do and fun for kids too. I made a trip to the Dollar Tree store the other day and they had all these cute orange foam pumpkins for $1.
I wanted to add some color to my front door so these were the perfect thing. I bought 6 of the pumpkins and the black metal mesh baskets and pulled out some craft paint I had. Cost $8 including baskets.
Now the best way would be to paint each pumpkin separately and let them take time to dry. I on the other hand, was going for the fast and furious pumpkin painting concept here. So mine were stacked and I began painted.
No frog tape, no pencil marks....just all free hand. The first three I did a stripe, polka dot, herringbone theme.
The other three I went with B O O and did paint those individually.
They dried real quickly, under an hour it seemed, and then out to the porch.
And that's how you paint pumpkin topiaries! All the details are on the blog. Now my porch is all done and I didn't spend a ton of money either.

Have a question about this project?
I'm going to make my first DIY with this project but I need to know , I may be silly, how do you stick the pumpkins together - hot glue, some kind of glue?
