PAINTING WOOD

Kala Professional Restoration services on Oct 09, 2013Spray painting is something people use for there cars or sometime walls too as they are good in finish and smooth in texture. You may try that but get an enamel paint which are water proof and good for the fences. What kind of fence do you have? Is it a wood or Vinyl one? Vinyl fences are low in maintenance and also good in terms of looks.Helpful Reply

Kala Professional Restoration services on Oct 14, 2013I suggest you go in for a nice oil based paint that will stay on the wood you shouldn't use just regular paint . In my opinion you should go home depot or lowes they will have an answer regarding spray painting.Helpful Reply

Donna on Feb 05, 2015@Stephanie hi. I would GO FOR IT. I really don't see why not! You say it's just a border you want to paint, so mask off the part you're not going to paint with masking tape and newspaper, spray thin coats. You know taggers (graffiti artists) use spray paint all the time and don't seem to worry if it will fade or chip. I would CAUTION you to be sure no mist from spray paint goes to neighbors or items in your yard that you don't want painted. DonnaHelpful Reply
