Karen Rae Lvine on Oct 24, 2016Repair the crack with crazy glue, cut florist foam to fit the bottom and make an artificial flower arrangement for a centerpiece? If you're as lacking in flower arrangement skills as I am, you can have someone else do it. Good luck!Helpful Reply

Deborah on Oct 24, 2016Seal the crack with clear silicon aquarium caulk. Then you can use it as a bonsai planter. The aquarum caulk is food safe if you want to still use it for cold foods. Once the food is in the crack will be hidden from view.Helpful Reply

DB on Oct 24, 2016If you can drill a few holes in it you can use it for a planter-- bonsai might be nice. If you think drilling will destroy it put some gravel on the bottom and plant succulents or small cacti. They don't need much water s the crack won't matter Ginny has a good idea--a zen sand garden (no water jus some rocks and a rake to simulate water could be very soothinggHelpful Reply

Barbara Rigot on Oct 25, 2016Because you like it so much, I would use it inside. Fill with artificial moss which should cover the crack, then fill with artificial succulents. They are so well made that one will be hard pressed to determined that they are not live. Place the dish on a coffee table, or in the middle of your dining table where you can enjoy it year round.Helpful Reply
