Here's a fun way to save the planet from plastic bags. (For now, anyway. Eventually it, too, will become trash.)
The possibilities for decoration are as varied as your imagination. Twigs and pine cones? Berries? Leaves? This is just the base. Or not. Personally, I like it just this way. Maybe because I am sometimes decoration-challenged??
If you use hot glue to attach your decor, keep in mind that it will loose it's grip when the temps drop. Perhaps wire the decorations on instead.
