Embroidery machine difficulty
I bought a John Deere Amazing Designs program. It was a lot of money and I am having a miserable time getting it to work. I have returned to the dealer several times for help. Has anyone else bought this program and had this problem?

I wish I could help you, but I've not heard of that program nor do I have an embroidery machine. Have you tried asking this question on sewing forums? I don't know how active the forum linked below is, but it's for embroidery with or without a machine. http://ths.gardenweb.com/forums/embroidery/
