What is Under Your Trim?

Ok, this house has been a project in progress....and we finally made it to the back of the house to replace some rotten trim. So, I decided that while we had the trim down, it would be a good time to paint. When we pulled the trim, we found gaps, no caulk, rotten wood. So...this is good indication why those windows were so drafty. But, all is good and I and love the new look!
