I am a huge coconut oil lover, and often get grease stains on my shirt. After I had a few shirts ruined, I finally found something that worked for me to remove the stain. Bonus, it's something that everyone has on hand in their home.

I've never heard of Bonus. What is it, exactly? What I take away with me when I'm travelling is eucalyptus oil. It gets grease stains out without washing and leaves no residue. The strong but pleasant smell vanishes as it dries. Eucalyptus oil is also good for stuffy head colds. Put some on a tissue and sniff it frequently to clear the 'chubes'.

I love to cook and am overly familiar with grease stains. I use Murphy's Oil soap. I just hold the fabric over the mouth of the bottle, tip upside down, check to see if the grease spot is covered and throw it in the wash. No waiting or scrubbing required. It even works on a stain that has been washed and dried!

All of these tips involve "grease" dissolving "grease." Chemically this is why it works. But it then takes soap/detergent to wash away all the "grease".
