Canning Recipe: Peaches in Light Syrup

Living in Ohio, we don't have many opportunities to get fresh peaches, but this year we were able to! Oh man, these are so juicy and delicious! I canned fresh sliced peaches as well as a peach filling for pies, cobblers, and crisps!
