How to hang a boat on the side of my garage?

I need ideas of the pulleys I will need to hang the baby bass boat of my husbands against a garage wall.

I would advise putting two pulleys on the ceiling and attach cord not nylon,this way you can pull the boat up to the ceiling,still lots of space underneath.Hope this helps.
