If you are asking about the bowls etc., just stack the similar ones. The lids could be stood up in a rack that holds things like pan lids or such. I personally put all my lids in a drawer and the pot lids in this rack. You could find these racks either at thrift shops or regular stores.

Always put lids on before storing. The payoff is so much less frustration.

If your cabinet can handle stakable organizers, you can put the containers in those and put the lids in a sizable bin to put in the cabinet also.

I wash my dishes by hand so I store my Tupperware in dishwasher.. Yeah I know my kids laugh too.
