Best way to repair pad holding air conditioners. Water eroding soil underneath running from back of house

Dan's of Central Florida, Inc. on Apr 02, 2011Hi Dwayne, First I'd take some concrete and stuff as much as I could under that slab there. Try to fill up as much as you can and flatten it to look correct at the end. You should look for a way to stop the water path from running under there.Helpful Reply

Paul Slayton Contracting on Apr 02, 20111. First, direct the water away so that the condition does not exist anymore. 2. Then put a board at the downhill side of the pad (foreground of picture). 3. Set it in place with a couple of stakes. 4. Tape a piece of heavy paper to the wall of the house to prevent splattering. 5. Then mix up some concrete loose enough so that it will flow easily. 6. Pour it in along the crack. 7. Work it in under the pad with a stick. 8. Put in enough so that it overflows a little. 9. After it has set, but before it has dried, scrape away excess and make it look smooth with a trowel. 10. If necessary, wash with a sponge and bucket of water.Helpful Reply
