DIY Chicken Wire Baskets

by Saving4Six
With $4 chicken wire, wire cutters, and needle nose pliers, I was able to create these chicken wire magazine rack/holders. They are perfect for my office space and fit nicely into my rustic decor. http://saving4six.com/2013/10/diy-chicken-wire-magazine-baskets.html
These are the measurements for cutting the chicken wire.
After cutting the wire to length, fold at the red lines.
Using needle nose pliers, twist the wires around each others.
They are sturdier than they look.

I like this VERY much. It would also make a wonderful basket for the front of your bike. Thanks for the idea.

How many magazines will it hold?Would work good on front door for those that use wreaths. You could put live seasonnal twigs, cuttings-stick through holes and it would look like a bouquet.

@Lois I have six magazines in one, at the moment. It would hold more I'm sure.
