How can I get my gray undershirts white?
My DH wears sleeveless undershirts and no matter what we try they always turn a dingy gray. How can we keep them white or make them white, again?
spray vinegar on the spot.....
It is an enzyme cleaner so it must be kept wet for a few days in order to "eat" all the bacteria.
Saturate the spot with the cleaner, enough to get it into the carpet pad.
Take a piece of plastic or saran wrap or tarp depending on the size of the area and lay it over the stain.
Then lay a towel over that. It just helps weight the plastic down.
It should stay damp for several days. After it has dried, vacuum the area.
It may take a couple of treatments. Just don't use a soap cleaner on it in between enzyme treatments.
Clean it with club soda and does it!
