Any ideas on what is best for cleaning café style blinds?

Believe it or not try some Windex. Take them outside and lay them on a driveway and spray them down real good and just wait a min or 2 and hose them down. The Windex takes off all the grease and if you're a smoker it takes the yellow/orange off as well. Flip them over and do the other side simple as that. You can also use Clorox cleaning spray and do the same thing.
If they are in a kitchen and get greasy, I use lysol wipes or greased lightning otherwise vinegar
I use vinegar and baking soda.
