Ann on Nov 22, 2016Depending on the effect you want and what condition the paint is in that is on the balls already, you can do several things. Spray paint with thin coats, mod podge with book pages or pretty napkins, use glitter and glue to glitter them up, float a layer of nail polish in a container of water to dip and swirl the balls in and catch a marbled pattern. Do a second color of nail polish in another container to add more dimension. Coat them with Elmer's glue then before the glue dries, apply a layer of thinned craft paint that will crackle when it dries. I've done all of these and each process gives some gorgeous results.Helpful Reply
