I have one of those in my front flowerbed. Originally it was supposed to be "bushy". It turned more into a tree. I have cut it all the way back to the ground and it has totally come back. It is really pretty, and the bees love it. I am on the coast of Texas....

It looks like a oleander, if not trimmed back will grow tall like a tree. Be careful they are poisonous to animals.

I think it's a clematis.The leaves don't look like a oleander.how big is the flower?

your first answer from Donna Dixon,is the same as I received from Hawaii.I think it is Jartopha shrub.It is poisonous if ingested.{all parts}
