Janet Smith on Nov 15, 2013The ground fault circuit breaker in your breaker box may be faulty. We had a problem when we built our home. The builder had gotten a batch of defective GFI breakers. Once they replaced them with new ones, we stopped having problems. They also had a batch of smoke detectors that were defective and went off several times a day (AND NIGHT!) That was the proverbial "rude awakening" for sure!!Helpful Reply
