Craigslist Tea Cart Makeover
At our church, we had a standard steel cart like they would use in a restaurant which we wanted to make a little more presentable for our Sunday morning coffee time. I cleaned the cart real good and then took fabric and made a skirt to go all around the top shelf. I put a small hem on the top edge and inserted elastic to extend all the way around the cart. It was beautiful! And we kept our extra supplies on the lower two shelves where they were handy when we needed them. Everyone commented on how pretty and more elegant it was compared to the bare steel. Enjoy your makeover!
Can you post a picture? If you want a floral pattern are you interested in decoupage? It's a really easy way to add a nice pattern to the a part of the tea cart like the tray top.
