Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide make a paste that gets that blacken oil stains off the outside of pans.
I have had excellent luck using Lestoil to clean grease off of my driveway, kitchen, spot clean carpet, clothes and more. It has a strong smell but all you need is a few drops most of the time. I work in a kitchen and have used it to clean rubber mats and they look like new. A bottle of this will last forever.
Thank you, Arleen. I'll give it a try!
thank you
I have a revearwear pan that has a copper bottom. It gets baked on spots from potatoes, and other stuff. I put it in the dishwasher, and always have added a 1/4 cup of vinegar to keep the soap film from building up on my dishes, glaswear, and stainless steel dishwasher interior walls. The pot comes out clean, and like new. Try soaking the spots in vinegar then use soft scrub or another soft cleaner and elbow grease.
