There is a chance tha the corian top can chip as you drill the hole. You would use a hole saw, the diameter is determined by the size hole that you need. You have to first mark the center of the hole, and put some tape around the diameter of the hole. This will help prevent chipping and scratching. You may want to pre drill the center mark to make it easier to drill with the hole saw. You just need to get it started, not drill all the way through. Then just drill it out.

A lot of Acrylic, granite, and corian type sinks have areas predrilled from the bottom and only need to be "knocked out" from the top then cleaned up with a round file. Grab a flash light and take a peek at the bottom "flange" area of your sink first. If you see a circle started you might have a short cut...other wise Darby has answered well...as usual.

Buy a drill bit that is made for Corian.
